Returns Policy
 

Original Fine Art is not returnable.


You may return new, unopened Giclee and Greeting Cards sold by Gallery of THUM within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. All Giclee and greeting cards must be returned in new, unworn condition, and will undergo quality checks. All shipping is the responsibility of the customer. **You should expect to receive your refund within five weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


Custom orders take time and energy, if a custom order cannot be filled within 30 days after the job has been started through negligence of the purchaser to provide images and layout or do not return emails in a timely fashion their will be no return on monies paid. It is at the company's discretion to consider completing a custom order after 30 days have passed. 


Items that are Not Returnable


Gallery of Thum' does not accept returns of the following items:

  • Items that are opened or used
  • Any product missing the receipt.
  • Downloadable screensaver products
  • Gift cards and gift certificates

Returning Jewelry and Accessories


Jewelry that has been delivered broken or damaged can be returned for repair. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling. Fine Jewelry that has been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. All *.999 Fine Jewelry must be returned in new, unworn condition, and will undergo quality checks before a return will be issued, and email with a special code will announce a refund, partial refund or a statement of non-refund.

*All certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with your merchandise. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to any items missing their original documentation.


Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:


  • Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, a 25% restocking fee will apply. (pre-approval in the form of an email with a return code from our main offices must accompany the return)
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use will receive no refund.
  • Any item not returned in the condition it was received

Exchanges


No exchanges are available unless your product comes damaged during delivery. You must provide all of the original receipts for an exchange of goods.

**Please note that it takes us 7 to 10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.


In-Store Returns


Items purchased from Gallery of THUM Online Store cannot be returned to our physical store.
